Late this fall I hopped on a plane and made the quick trip to New York City to celebrate my sister’s upcoming wedding.  The time had come, for her bachelorette party.  As the maid-of-honor, I coordinated the majority of the weekend, however I did ask for help from her amazing college roommates.  Since they live in NYC now, I trusted them to recommend brunch and dinner locations as well as hot spots in the meat packing district for Saturday night.

We treated ourselves to manicures and pedicures. We wined and dined with VIP access.  We enjoyed a bottomless mimosa brunch followed by a hysterical pole dancing class.  It was a whirlwind of a weekend with my sister and her closest girlfriends, many of whom I’m also extremely close with.  There were hangovers, and feet sore from high heels, but it was fantastic.

I will never, ever get sick of watching the sunset.  Especially on incredible nights like this, captured from my parent’s driveway on Sunday, November 7.
